The Eveleigh Paint Shop forms part of the Eveleigh Railway Workshops, which also consisted of the locomotive works manager’s office, carriage workshops, locomotive workshops, large erecting shop, new engine shop, timber shed, store & ACDEP depot.
White Bay Power Station
White Bay Power Station was built in three distinct phases of construction, starting from 1912 onwards, as a means of producing power to supply Sydney’s ever growing railway and tramway system.
I’m struggling to find much information on this Abandoned Bakery. It was built around 1950 and at one point, it was owned State Rail and after that by Goodman Fielder.
The main Kirkbride complex of Callan Park began construction began in 1878, as a solution to cope with the overflow from Gladesville hospital.
Mungo Scott Flour Mill
The Mungo Scott Flour Mill was built circa 1922. The silos were added from around the 1950s onwards.
